The Alberta Hospitality Association (AHA) and the Alberta Small Brewers Association (ASBA), in partnership with InUnison, have launched a new health and safety management initiative to provide an easy solution for hospitality businesses to reopen with confidence during COVID-19.

The platform enables you to train staff and implement essential processes to ensure your team and customers are safe in the “new normal” workplace arising from COVID-19. It is continually updated with the most current and applicable COVID-19 guidelines and instructions.

“As businesses work towards re-opening, the health and safety of staff and guests are a top priority,” says Brett Ireland, Board of Directors of AHA and ASBA, and CEO of Bearhill Brewing. “This initiative will offer members of the industry the right resources to confidently reopen.”

“Our taprooms are part of the community. As local economic drivers, we are committed to welcoming our staff and our customers back in a safe environment.  This partnership gives our brewers more resources to reopen with confidence.” states Mike McNeil, Executive Director of ASBA.

“Businesses will be able to improve safety, meet compliance requirements, and achieve safety certifications while recording all safety related activities with our platform,” reports Jeff Weaver, CEO, InUnison. “This new COVID-19 content is specific to the needs of the Hospitality Industry and will help ensure companies, staff and customers are safe while experiencing the hospitality they desire.”
